Established in 2020, Snapdragon is an independent Commercial Real Estate Investment Manager that provides discrete services to Private, Listed and Institutional Landlords and Investors in UK Commercial Property.
We act for retained clients throughout the property investment lifecycle from acquisition through to onward sale.

Snapdragon REIM is a Member of the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme and an RICS Registered Firm.
The RICS operates a Client Money Protection scheme (CMP scheme) in the UK. This scheme provides protection, as a last resort, in the unlikely event that the Firm is unable to repay a client’s money, up to the limits and exceptions set out in the scheme rules.
