Established in 2020, Snapdragon is an independent Commercial Real Estate Investment Manager that provides discrete services to Private, Listed and Institutional Landlords and Investors in UK Commercial Property.
We act for retained clients throughout the property investment lifecycle from acquisition through to onward sale.

Joshua Y.T. Wong BFP FCA
Josh provides clients with corporate finance, and end-to-end client accounting oversight across London and international property investments. With nearly three decades of high-level financial expertise, he acts as a trusted advisor for UNHW families, sovereign wealth entities, and listed corporations seeking seasoned guidance in UK and global real estate.
Prior to founding Snapdragon, Josh served in senior C-suite and leadership roles across international corporate finance, multi-family offices, and investment management. His career includes a decade at Barclays Capital, where he was a founding member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Division, serving as Head of UK Real Estate Finance and Deputy Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for EMEA. Josh began his career at Deloitte & Touche in London.

Jeremy Birkett-Jones MRICS
Jay works closely with clients to unlock value across London’s prime real estate market. With over two decades of hands-on fund management experience, he acts as a trusted partner for Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth funds, and institutional investors looking to navigate UK commercial and residential property.
Jay specializes in Central London Offices, Prime London Residential and Regional UK assets. Before founding Snapdragon, he spent 16 years as a Fund Manager at Hunter REIM, managing high-profile mandates like the St Wenceslas Property Fund alongside bespoke accounts for global investors. He began his real estate journey with DTZ in London and is a long-standing Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

The RICS operates a Client Money Protection scheme (CMP scheme) in the UK. This scheme provides protection, as a last resort, in the unlikely event that the Firm is unable to repay a client’s money, up to the limits and exceptions set out in the scheme rules.
